Q2. How do I accept these terms?
Accessing the website or making a purchase implies acceptance. Discontinue use if you disagree.

Q3. Who can use this website?
Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent.

 


 

II. ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION

Q4. How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up," provide your name, email, mobile number, and password.

Q5. Can I order without an account?
Yes! Use "Guest Checkout." Accounts enable order tracking and faster checkout.

Q6. What if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email for a reset link.

Q7. Is my account secure?
You’re responsible for password confidentiality. Notify us immediately at support@azuclothing.in for unauthorized access.

 


 

III. PRODUCTS & PRICING

Q8. Are product images/descriptions accurate?
Images are indicative. Minor color/fabric variations may occur due to screen settings.

Q9. Do prices include taxes?
Yes! All prices are in INR (₹) 

Q10. Can prices change after I order?
No. Confirmed orders are locked at the purchase price, even if prices change later.

Q11. What if an item is out of stock?
We’ll notify you and refund prepaid amounts immediately.

 


 

IV. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Q12. What payment methods do you accept?

  • UPI, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe)

Q13. How do I know my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive a whatsapp confirmation after payment verification. 

Q14. Can I modify/cancel my order?
Cancellations aren’t possible once shipped.

Q15. Why was I asked for ID proof?
We may request ID for high-value orders to prevent fraud.

 


 

V. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q16. Where do you deliver?
Pan-India only. No international shipping.

Q17. How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, etc.): 3-5 business days

  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Q18. How can I track my order?
We will provide you a tracking ID after the product is shipped

Q19. What if delivery fails?
After 2 failed attempts (wrong address/recipient unavailable), the order is canceled. Prepaid orders are refunded.

Q20. Are shipping fees charged?
Fees apply based on location/order value. Free shipping on orders above ₹8,500.

 


 

VI. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Q21. What’s your return policy?

  • Window: 30 days from delivery.

  • Conditions: Unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging and manufacturing defect

Items in general can not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect

  • Free returns: For defective/wrong items

Refunds are processed within 7 days of return approval to original payment method.

Only for defective/ wrong items

Q27. How do I choose the right size?
Use our size chart on every product page. Measure yourself and compare.

Q28. Do you offer plus sizes?
We have free size

Q29. How should I care for my Azu Clothing?
Follow care labels. Most items: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Avoid bleach. Dry in shade.

Q30. What fabrics do you use?
Mul Chanderi is a lightweight, sheer, and soft fabric that is a blend of silk and mulmul (fine cotton)

 


 

VIII. PRIVACY & SECURITY

Q31. How is my data protected?
We use SSL encryption for transactions and comply with India’s IT Act, 2000. Payment details are never stored.

Q32. Is my email shared with third parties?
No.

Q36. Can Azu Clothing change these terms?
Yes. Updated T&C apply immediately upon posting. Continued use implies acceptance.

For legal disputes, jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Noida, UP.
